My Why and What it Means for You
In 20+ years as an executive in prestigious consulting firms, the public sector, and now as an ICF certified coach, I've counseled 100’s of leaders, ambitious and talented professionals... who are very much like you.
While each of their journeys has been unique, the thoughts, doubts and concerns that plague them, are the same.
- Like you, I’ve thrived on the challenge of career success. But I've also had to deal with the stress that accompanied it.

I began to draw on the 3C's: Clarity, Confidence and Compassion. With a grounding in mindfulness, yoga and meditation, I applied these principles to my career and life.
